Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lv177 ("the Platform", "lv177", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://lv177.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held within a User's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by lv177 in order to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility to participate.
• "Platform" means the lv177 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible via https://lv177.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, live casino, slot, and ancillary services offered by lv177 through the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories from which access to the Platform is prohibited by law or by lv177's operating policies.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked on eligible games before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for Malaysian users.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the lv177 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. lv177 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, participate, or be present in any capacity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently have, and have not previously had, an Account with lv177 that was closed or suspended for reasons of breach of these Terms.
• You are not a Restricted Jurisdiction resident or a person prohibited from accessing online gaming services under applicable laws.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of lv177 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not diagnosed with, or currently being treated for, a gambling disorder, or have voluntarily self-excluded from lv177 or any other gambling platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each User may register only one (1) Account on the lv177 Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate as of the date of registration and will remain so throughout the duration of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. lv177 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify lv177 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

lv177 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to state reasons. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Platform prior to the completion of KYC verification.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies, lv177 requires all registered Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests, and in certain circumstances before making deposits above specified thresholds.

The following documents are typically required for KYC completion:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport (photo page), or Driver's Licence. The document must clearly show your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Indah Water), bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong, or any official correspondence — dated within the previous three (3) calendar months. The document must show your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken at the time of submission.
• Source of Funds: lv177 may request additional documentation to verify the legitimate source of deposited funds, particularly for high-volume accounts.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of submission. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC may have restricted access to withdrawals. lv177 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

lv177 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, BNB).

The following conditions apply to all transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX are typically credited instantly. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the User's bank.
• lv177 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within an average of fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete KYC may be subject to additional delays pending verification.
• lv177 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Users should be aware that their payment provider or bank may impose its own transaction fees, for which lv177 bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. lv177 reserves the right to return or withhold funds deposited from accounts not matching the registered User's identity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the User's name. lv177 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• lv177 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence documentation for transactions above specified thresholds.

Bonuses & Promotions

lv177 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the lv177 Platform:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
• Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate towards, wagering requirement calculations. Eligible game lists are set out in individual promotion terms.
• lv177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion. This includes the right to amend wagering requirements, eligible games, and bonus amounts.
• Users who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — whether through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Birthday Bonus and referral reward amounts are determined by a User's account tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP) at the time of eligibility. Tier classifications are subject to lv177's VIP programme terms.

Betting Rules

All sports betting, live betting, esports betting, and casino wagers placed through lv177 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.

• Bets accepted by lv177 are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — prior to confirmation.
• lv177 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors), bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or bets that violate these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, lv177's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and account status. lv177 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the suspension of markets at lv177's discretion during critical periods of play (e.g., video assistant referee reviews, injury time, overtime). Bets placed during market suspension may be voided.
• In the event that the lv177 platform experiences a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet, lv177 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the lv177 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating the use of the Platform by any person under 21.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or with Platform employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Users who discover errors are required to report them to lv177 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting using promotional funds, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or the misuse of refer-a-friend programmes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or any other means of IP obfuscation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Platform or any component thereof.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lv177 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of lv177 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of lv177.

Any use of lv177's intellectual property outside the scope of this licence — including but not limited to reproduction on third-party websites, commercial exploitation, or creation of competing products — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv177 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of any lv177 Service.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data.
• Technical failures, platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by lv177 in accordance with these Terms, including the restriction, suspension, or closure of your Account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lv177's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

lv177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time and with or without prior notice, where lv177 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitates the closure of the Account.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons of User breach, lv177 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held within the Account. Real money funds (net of any fraudulent or improperly obtained amounts) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out in accordance with lv177's standard withdrawal procedures.

Responsible Gambling

• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion for periods ranging from seven (7) days to twelve (12) months, or permanent self-exclusion, by contacting lv177 support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which lv177 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a User and lv177, the User is encouraged to first contact lv177's customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. lv177 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms available under lv177's operating licence. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

lv177 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Such amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's services or features, operational requirements, or any other reason deemed appropriate by lv177.

Where amendments are material in nature, lv177 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly upon each amendment.

Your continued use of the lv177 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure.
